HelpOutHospo partners with Negroni Week

We love a good Negroni, after all, it’s the most popular hospitality professional’s choice of drink.
Why? Because of it’s perfect balance of heat, bitterness and sweetness. Because of it’s beautiful colour and old tumbler swag. Bottom line – it’s just delicious!
Campari Australia have upped their already generous support as a Gold level HelpOutHopso sponsor by nominating naming HelpOutHospo as their Australian partner for Negroni Week (Sept 14 – 20).
“I been blown away by Campari’s committment to supporting the industry; first with Shaken not Broken to help venues in their move towards takeaway sales, through to their sponsorship of HelpOutHospo – and the most recent partnership with Negroni Week.”
“It’s obvious that they really care and are pulling out all stops to help those hospo folks who need it.” says HelpOutHospo spokesperson Jason Jelicich.
Negroni Week and HelpOutHospo aim to raise an additional $20,000 to provide financial aid payments to stood down and struggling Hospo workers, bringing total funds raised for over $80,000.
Those that need help can apply for $300 financial relief payments here.
“Our partnership with Negroni Week means that we can direct more funds to our Victorian colleagues who have done it so tough for so long – that’s where we will be targeting the relief”, explains Mr Jelicich.
A key feature of the Negroni Week campaign is the release of 2 wonderful cocktail books.
Campari has collaborated with some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s best bartenders to create Classic Negroni Recipes and Contemporary Twists to support a good cause.
The ‘Classic Negroni Recipes’ eBook includes 10 timeless Negroni recipes, plus expert tips on how you can make the perfect Negroni from the comfort of your home.
The ‘Contemporary Twists’ eBook features over 50 modern twists on the Negroni that have been carefully crafted by some of the most innovative bartenders in the Southern Hemisphere.
